MATLI CONTINUES ITS SUCCESS

Matlı Yem San. ve Tic. A.Ş. started feed production from Bursa Karacabey 23 years ago and carried to all sides of he country and proven its leadership in sector with its place in ISO 500. Matlı Yem San. ve Tic. A.Ş. became the 301st company in the list of Turkey’s biggest 500 companies determined by Istanbul Chamber of Commerce.
Net sales of Matlı Yem San. ve Tic. A.Ş. in 2010 values were 195 million 992 thousands 735 Turkish Lira.

MATLI WITHIN THE FIRST 25 IN BURSA

Matlı Yem San. ve Tic. A.Ş. got the 25th place in the list of Bursa’s biggest 250 companies determined by Bursa Chamber of Commerce. With 2010 data of the research about Bursa’s biggest 250 companies made by Bursa Chamber of Commerce, domestic and foreign sales of Matlı Yem San. ve Tic. A.Ş. was 256 million 470 thousands 878 Turkish Lira.

MATLI GROUP CONGRUGULATED 250TH YEAR OF VETERINARIES

Matlı group became sponsor for the dinner arranged by Bursa Chamber of Veterinaries under the title of “ 250th years of veterinaries gala dinner” and met with veterinaries in this night.

The dinner took place in Bursa Akademik Odalar Birliği (BAOB) fair area and Bursa deputy governor Adnan Kayı, Dean of Uludağ university faculty of Veterinary Prof. Dr. Engin Kennerman, deputy candidates of different political parties, Matlı group employees, members of Bursa chamber of veterinaries, members of various academical chambers and many representatives of agricultural companies attended to meeting.

At the opening of dinner Önder Matlı, Matlı Group general director and AK Party Burası candidate of representative congratulated all veterinaries in the 250th anniversary of veterinary chamber. Matlı specified that today veterinaries have important role in development of national stockbreeding, national health and he said that animal health is in close relation with human health.

In the night thanks plate was given to Önder Matlı by of Uludağ university faculty of Veterinary Prof. Dr. Engin Kennerman for their contribution to this night.

 Ömer Matlı Animal Feeding Training Research Center, aranged an “Animal Feeding Seminar” in Manyas,Akçaova village for peasants.

In this seminar Ömer MATLI animal feed production training research center R&D expert Elif Abudullahoğlu and Technical sales and support manager Malik Aksoy submitted speeches about animal feeding, cow feeding and maintenance, milk culture and hygiene and informed peasants in detail..

Ömer MATLI animal feed production training research center director Abdurrahman Özlüer, Karacabey factory sales director Kenan Othan, Bandırma sales representative Rıdvan Poyraz, marketing and communication director Melek İbiş and Akçaova cooperative authorities also attended to meeting.

Within the seminar, it was specified that it is economic to cut cows from milk early and detailed information was given about growing cows according to ages.

It was emphasised by Melik aksoy, Technical sales and support director that regular feeding is very important in development of milk animals and he said “it is not important to give the best feed but it is important to give the feed in the right time.”

AThan participators were given information about healthy milking by aksoy and he said that first place where animal lives should be clean and tits, feet and body of the animal should be clean for good milking.

Lastly Aksoy told about three important points should be controlled in cows and these are eating behaviors, routines during milking, and their lying behaviors. Than he replied questions of participators and he thanked them for their participations.

MATLI GROUP ATTENDED TO INTERNATIONAŞ BLACKSEA WHEAT CONFERENCE

WORLD AGRICULTURAL SECTOR WAS EVALUATED IN THE CONFERENCE...

One Turkey’s biggest feed producer with its facilities in Karacabey, Konya, Turgutlu and Çorlu Matlı group attended to 8th International Blacksea wheat conference held in Kiev capital city of Ukraine with participation of 600 delegates from 53 countries.

Effect of climate chenages on agriculture, latest situation in capital markers, and works to develop agriculture in world, future of agriculture in 2011-2012 season were discussed in the conference and big agricultural companies, traders, salers and sectoral representatives from all over the world attended.

American market analyst Dan Basse gave speech in conference said 2011 will be vague for the sector. Basse predicted that wheat and fatty seed prices will increase in future too and if any product effected from weather conditions in 2011 prices could boom and new harvest wheat prices will be between 240-250 USD.

SUNFLOWER HARVEST WILL INCREASE

In the conference new market opportunities for people who wants to develop their market strategies was evaluated and it was told that there will be 3 million tonnes increase in sunflower harvest this year.

Sezgin Tunçkol, Matlı group representative and trade director said that main subject is black sea region wheat situation. Due to drought lived in Ukraine and Russia last year wheat export bans will continue this year and governments don’t have clear policies about this thus this situation in wheat sector will continue such.

Matlı group foreign trade director Serkan Kayıkçı said that together with increase of wheat use for bioenergy aim prices will have big levels in the conference. Kayıkçı told that to increase wheat production and bioenergy use in the world it is necessary to extensivity of GDO applications.
