Regional farmers making watery agriculture are stimulated to grow corn and to support them to get high harvest we establish corn drying facilities in Karacabey in 1993. This facility was the first in region and in 1999 capacity was increased to 30 tonnes/hour to reply customer demand. Facility was also modernized in technology and dried corn storage capacity became 11000 tonnes. Annual corn purchase is about 30.000-40.000 tonnes.

Corn with high energy, is an important raw material in human food sector and animal nutrition. With modern high technology high energy of corn is transformed to fuel (etanol).

Gold colored product of farmer in order to be stored for long time humidity should be at most 12-13%. In our country this value is above of this average. It is not possible to store and use corn without drying.
