Our Karacabey facilities located in a 45.000 m2 area of which 7500 m2 is closed area. Facilities has a capacity of storing 30.000 tonnes raw material and we can store 48 different types of feed at the amount 1300 tonnes. Facility is developing continuously electrically and mechanically and today capacity is 50 tonnes/hour feed production. In each stage of production products are controlled and produced without hand touch with PLC automation system. Because of this products are followed from entry to exit during the production process.

5 loading bands were designed for serial and sensitive loading of trucks. Sacked feed loading capacity is 1250 tonnes/hour. In addition to sacked loading we deliver in bulk feed to villages nearby. In feed pellet technology with Boa Compactor we created a difference in pellet quality.
Due to this, feeds exposed to instant high temperature and pressure give better effectivity than normal feed. With this new production technology established in 2003 Matlı A.Ş has finished dusted feed production and returned to pellet and granule feed production completely. Thus, problems of infectious diseases, vitamin losses and inhomogeneous mixture were eliminated in this system.
