We have acquired a factory with capacity of 5 tonnes/hours dust feed and factory renewed with electrical and mechanical systems to start work with 20 tonnes/hour pellet production capacity in 2006. In 2007, with new investment factory had a capacity of 40 tonnes/hour pellet production.
Our Konya facilities is located on a 61.543 m2 area of which 7500 m2 is closed area. Facilities has the capacity of storing 15.000 tonnes raw material and 550 tonnes feed storing capacity. Facilities were renewed with new technological developments and production is carried out with PLC automation system without hand touch.
Products are continuously controlled with quality control system, all stages of production are watched and recorded with a recording system. Due to this, feeds exposed to instant high temperature and pressure give better effectivity than normal feed.
Transportation is made via our 3 loading bands and daily capacity of loading is 750 tonnes. Our factory started to work with 2000 tonnes/month capacity in 2006 and in the end of 2008 we broke the record with 10.000 tonnes/month production.
