High technology, high quality, high efficiency

Projects of our Turgutlu Feed Facilities were completed in 2008 and started to work in 23 May 2009 with attendance of Bülent Arınç, State minister and Deputy Prime Minister. Facilities located in a area of 31500 m2 and equipped with the latest technology machinery system and automation system. STORAGE CAPACITY: There are two lifted raw material receiving lines, , 3000 m3 raw material storage capacity 34 vertical storages, 5000, 30000 m3 storage capacity horizontal storages and 3000 m3 storage capacity 50 vertical product storages.

Production Capacity

Our facilities has a capacity of 100 tonnes/hour and 2000 tonnes/day production capacity and all processes are controlled by automation system with our principle of quality and customer satisfaction and all data of production is recorded. Transportation capacity: products are transported in the form of dust, granule or pellet in scaks or in bulk. There are 4 double packing units in sacked transportation unit. With double band system it is possible to packing of 80 tonnes in sacks. In bulk line it is possible to transport 80 tonnes per hour.
