Today we live in such an environment where business world is fast changing, changes are continuous, we lose our competitive power if we do not develop and change ourselves fast and which we are not accustomed.

We can manage future only by analyzing past truely. Our business life started with the company our father Ömer Matlı established in Karacabey in 1988. In that years of course we did not know that we will be in the first three in national market at the end of 20 years and we will be 449th company in the list of the biggest 500 companies of Turkey. But of course we knew that we should be equal and responsible to our employees and we should always work in discipline, efficiently and with devotion. That we protect our values, develop our processes, use our resources effectively, develop business in global platform, enable all parties win make us the leader firm in this sector. Positive results from our investments show that we are in right way. I believe that “success” is not only appreciation of our successes, wining prizes or positive results in material terms. However “success” is appreciation of results of our efforts to reach good and wealth not only for us but also for our all employees, business partners and customer. It’s motivation of all participated in processes and bringing utilities to our company and more important than these it is being aware of these and doing their best for our company.
